Machine range
Equipment can feature up to six components with output from 0.1 to 500 kg/min. They range from the most cost-effective machine to the most sophisticated casting unit : all together, they enable the industrialisation of all scales of cast PU part production. Numerous options or derivations are available to match any technical and/or process requirement and to enlarge flexibility and production capacities.
Automated turnkey units including carousels and conveyors are designed on request. These customised production tools are fully integrated and operated through a single and proprietary interface. They can be designed to match very demanding flexibility requirements.

Options and peripheral equipment
Besides the key elements, numerous options or peripherals have been developed to increase the productivity of the machines : pigment, catalyst or additive injection, automatic degassers, amine melting and feeding units, mass flow control...
Together with these optional features, the machines perform all kinds of casting methods or manufacturing environments: multiple colours/reactivity, large volume production, highly reactive systems (Ribbon Coating), etc. Fully controlled through the machine interface, customised automated turnkey units including carousel and positioning robot can be developed for large scale production.

Baulé developed a specific equipment for a continuous feeding of the machine with degassed prepolymer. This device is fully adaptable to any existing dispensing machine. It avoids production stoppage during the material loading and delivers automatically large amounts of material. Heat degradation is minimised thanks to a permanent renewing of the material (no stagnation). |

Thanks to a direct injection of additives in the mixing chamber, it is not necessary anymore to pre-mix additives (pigments, catalysts, UV stabiliser…) in the drum or in the machine tank. Moreover, it is very easy to play on the additives ratios according to your needs. |

Baulé developed a specific equipment for the secure processing of amines. It is composed of a amine feeding system and a amine melting system. It allows the transfer of amine pellets or granules from drum to machine without any direct contact between the pellets and the operator thanks to a Glove box. It also enables a processing of the amine pellets at a constant and homogeneous temperature. |

A carousel is a complementary device of the dispensing machine designed to manufacture large volumes of parts with a high productivity. Used in the past for mass production of the same part, carousel automated units enable now to handle various moulds, shapes and formulations thanks to a specific software. Using the same powerful Human-Machine Interface as for Advanced dispensing machines, Baulé's logic enables to control and set easily all the process parameters without specific skills due to the intuitiveness of its interface. |
